“We threw a 4th birthday for our daughter at Skytown. Having a winter birthday we wanted an option for outdoor play and indoor (in case of inclement weather). Renting Skytown felt like having our own private park. The kids loved playing with all the toys outside (especially the HUGE sandpit). Inside we had access to a lot of fun toys (the coffee sensory table was a hit). We were able to bring in our own snacks and cupcakes. Coordinating with the Skytown team was very easy. Rate
$200 for a 4-hour party rental on the weekend
Security Deposit
$200 (refundable 30 days after the event).
Timeframe
Your 4-hour window includes your setup and cleanup time.
Parking
On-site parking is included for you and your guests.
What’s Included
Your rental grants your party exclusive access to the Preschool side of our school:
The Play Yard: Featuring a play structure, sandbox, tire swing, covered art space as well as building materials, toys, balls, and trikes.
The Preschool Classroom: Full access to our preschool classroom, filled with age-appropriate toys, books, and activities.
And the Essentials: Use of children’s and adult bathrooms, as well as our tables and chairs.

Important Party Policies
To keep our school safe and clean for our students, we ask all renters to follow these guidelines:
Food & Drink: Outside food and drinks are welcome! Please note there is no kitchen or fridge access. All food must be pre-prepared (no on-site cooking or portable heaters).
Trash: Skytown does not have trash service for events. All trash, recycling, and compost must be removed from the premises by the reserver at the end of the party.
Decorations: Freestanding decorations and light streamers on shade structures are okay. No balloons, open flames, or hanging items from the ceiling.
Supervision: At least one adult must be present in the classroom when children are inside, and one adult must be outside when children are outdoors.
Prohibited Items: Alcohol, smoking, and sparklers/fireworks are strictly prohibited on all school grounds, including the parking lot.
Bounce Houses: You are welcome to set up a bounce house in the designated area outside the school building.

Follow Up via Email: After submitting, please email us at rentals@skytown.org. This lets us know your request is ready for review and allows us to schedule a pre-party tour if you’d like to see the space.
What Happens Next?
We will review your form and email to ensure we can accommodate your party. Once approved, we will send over the final agreement for signature and coordinate the payment of your rental fee and deposit.
